Riviera Hotel & Casino has long known how to pack in the house: Liberace himself played for the hotel’s opening in 1955, and both he and Frank Sinatra considered the hotel their Vegas home stage. But by 2011, the asset was in decline. Over the years, revenue performance had slowed and had become dangerously low.

Solution

I overhauled the Rivera’s entire digital strategy. All of their online efforts and digital assets were transformed, including their website,  marketing campaigns, and content production. One primary goal was to reach out to the hotel’s customers and create brand loyalty. Campaigns were designed to highlight the richness of the hotel’s history while still appealing to a budget-conscious traveler.
