We currently offer the following options:
1. One Time Setup
We overhaul your room times and booking engine setup, then provide you with optimized pricing for 365 days. You can continue to yield your rates based on our guidelines, and reach out for feedback as needed. You only pay a one-time fee, but it’s up to you to change your rates as occupancy changes.
2. Fully Managed Pricing
This package includes the booking engine overhaul, 365-day rate strategy, plus ongoing yielding services. With this package, you approve the strategy once and then let us do the work. We monitor your bookings and local market and update your rates for you on a ongoing basis. You receive month-end reports and email support for any questions that arise.
